Overview
It is a solid-solution strengthened cobalt-based superalloy. The added tungsten solid-solution strengthens the alloy to give it excellent high-temperature thermal strength. The addition of a higher content of chromium and trace amounts of lanthanum gives the alloy good high-temperature oxidation resistance and satisfactory performance. It has excellent form welding and other process properties, and is suitable for manufacturing parts on aero engines that require high strength below ℃ and oxidation resistance below ℃. It can also be used on aerospace engines and space shuttles. It can produce and supply various deformed products, such as thin plates, medium plates, strips, bars, forgings, wires and precision castings.

Varieties, specifications and supply status include cold-rolled sheets, hot-rolled medium plates and cold-rolled strips, as well as bars, forgings, welding wires and precision castings of various sizes. The plate is supplied after solution treatment, pickling, straightening and trimming. The strip is supplied after solution treatment, pickling and trimming. The plate is supplied in rolls after solution treatment and is polished or polished. Forgings are delivered in a solution state and precision castings are supplied. Delivered as cast.
Smelting and casting process Alloys are produced using vacuum induction melting plus electroslag remelting or vacuum arc remelting processes. Precision castings are made by vacuum induction melting and vacuum remelting of master alloy ingots.
Application Overview and Special Requirements This alloy is widely used abroad in the manufacture of high-temperature components for gas turbines and missiles, such as combustion chamber nozzles and heat exchangers in the nuclear energy industry. In China, high-temperature components such as flame tubes and guide vanes of aeroengine combustion chambers made of this alloy have passed long-term test runs and have been put into production. In the manufacturing process of parts processed from this alloy sheet, any process such as heat treatment and welding should prevent carburization and copper contamination to avoid damaging the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy.
